slotsp Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and slotsp ("slotsp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://slotsp.app ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the slotsp Platform — including cricket betting markets, slot games, live casino products, the Bird Catcher game, the Loyalty Program, or any other service offered by slotsp — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the slotsp Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2.Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any real-money product on slotsp. Any winnings generated through an underage account will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) slotsp account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of slotsp. slotsp reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

2.4 Jurisdiction Compliance. By registering, you represent that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users specifically acknowledge that they are solely responsible for assessing and complying with applicable local laws. slotsp does not provide legal advice regarding gambling laws in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register on slotsp: persons under the age of 18; persons subject to a current self-exclusion on slotsp or any affiliated platform; persons acting on behalf of a third party; and persons to whom slotsp has previously issued a permanent account ban.

3.Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotsp username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 You must notify slotsp immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any suspected breach of your account security. slotsp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 slotsp will never request your password through any communication channel including email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent phishing attempt.

3.4 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your slotsp account, whether or not authorised by you, except where that activity results directly from slotsp's proven negligence or wilful misconduct.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slotsp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions on slotsp are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). slotsp reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Funds. Deposits are credited to your slotsp account balance upon confirmed receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. slotsp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposit sources must be in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete. slotsp aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe communicated in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Withdrawals may be delayed where a security review or KYC verification is pending.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. slotsp is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. slotsp reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Deposits made to a slotsp account must only be used for legitimate gambling activity and not for any money-laundering or financial crime purpose.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as communicated in the account management section. slotsp will provide notice before applying any inactivity fee.

5.Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets and game wagers placed on slotsp are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, sport, or game type as published on the Platform. Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, international matches, and domestic competitions — are subject to slotsp's Cricket Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 slotsp reserves the right to void any bet or game round where technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors have occurred. Void bets will be returned to your account balance.

5.3 All RNG casino games on slotsp use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited. The published RTP (Return to Player) figures for all slot and table games represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

5.4 Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card dealing, roulette wheel spin) conducted by professional dealers under controlled streaming conditions. slotsp does not manipulate live game outcomes.

5.5 Decisions made by slotsp's trading and game operations teams regarding bet settlement, game round results, and dispute resolutions are final, subject only to the formal dispute process described in Section 12.

6.Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available by slotsp are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each offer is presented to eligible users.

6.2 Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in permanent account termination.

6.3 slotsp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, slotsp will honour the terms applicable at the time of crediting unless evidence of abuse is identified.

6.4 Loyalty Points earned through the slotsp Loyalty Program are subject to the programme terms published on the Loyalty Program page. Points have no cash value until formally redeemed in accordance with those terms and cannot be transferred between accounts.

7.Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

7.1 slotsp is committed to responsible gambling. All Pakistani users are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any user may request self-exclusion from slotsp at any time through their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, slotsp will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded user from accessing their account. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by creating new accounts — doing so is a breach of these Terms.

7.3 slotsp reserves the right to close accounts or impose account restrictions on users who display signs of problem gambling, at slotsp's sole discretion, as a responsible gaming measure.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on slotsp and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage on slotsp markets or games
• Collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials on slotsp
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information
• Providing false information to slotsp support or during the KYC verification process
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws in the user's jurisdiction

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the slotsp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, odds data, and design elements — is the intellectual property of slotsp or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any slotsp Platform content without prior written consent.

10.Limitation of Liability

10.1 The slotsp Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. slotsp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures at all times.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slotsp shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of data; loss of profits or expected winnings; or any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processing failures.

10.3 slotsp's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by slotsp's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.Amendments to These Terms

slotsp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of slotsp following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

12.Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to slotsp's operating jurisdiction. Users access slotsp subject to those laws and subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction.

12.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the slotsp Platform should first be directed to slotsp's customer support team. slotsp will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules communicated by slotsp at the time of the dispute.

12.3 Pakistani users are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding the enforceability of these Terms in their jurisdiction.
